I'm looking at some AirBnB accommodations in Dili, Timor-Leste. There aren't that many. The few ones that mention their Internet typically say they have a Starlink dish. This makes me wonder: Is reliable and reasonably fast Internet only achieved with Starlink dishes in Dili, Timor-Leste? Let's say reasonably fast = at least 5 Mbps for download and 2 Mbps for upload. Asking to see if not having Starlink means having a poor Internet connection.

I found a website called nperf.com (no affiliation) which shows mobile network data for three providers in Dili.
For coverage, Telkomcel Mobile seems the best.
For bit rate the same three providers are shown, with more sparse data, which seems to be typically < 5Mbps and peaks at about 20Mbps.
